Sick leave application is a letter by student to school management. These types of letter normally addresses to school principal or class teacher. It is an official must be written in proper way. It is actually important to write a leave application if your absence is due to any unavoidable medical situation, writing a sick leave application is evenly important. I would like to inform you that I need to take a leave due to my illness from January 25, 2020, to February 05, 2020.

My doctor has prescribed medications and advised me to stay at home due to my current condition. I expect to be able to report back to the school on February 06, 2020. In case of any changes, I will be informing you. 

In the meantime, all the tasks will be duly completed without fail. I will be grateful for your kind approval.
